It’s very important to understand the possible toxicity and sensitivities of Essential Oils when wrongly used. This understanding will help you make the most of Essential Oils and benefit from their many properties.
You will find this workshop informative and full of practical ideas. We cover many areas such as physiology and chemistry of essential oils, different ways to use the Essential Oils at home, safety, contraindications and more. The last section of the course is dedicated to the study of base oils and Essential Oils.

ONLINE AROMATHERAPY WORKSHOP

This workshop is designed for those passionate about Aromatherapy who wish to have a more thorough understanding of Essential Oils, Aromatherapy, safety and the different uses of Essential Oils (EO).
The workshop covers three main areas:
Introductory information to Essential oils: how they form, basis chemistry and physiology of the oils, how oils get absorbed by the body, etc.
Different ways to use EO at home, safety and contraindications of the oils.
Study of base oils and EO of choice.
We will study 5 Essential Oils, carefully selected for their safety and high spectrum of actions. Each of these 5 oils of choice are very safe to use, extremely practical and will be of great help for you to use them at home, as first aid, to deal with some ailments, as stress remedy, to make your own lotions and much more.
You will find this workshop informative and full of practical ideas. At the end of the workshop, you will feel much more confident about Essential Oils and how to use them safely.
The workshop lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
After the workshop, you will receive an email with key information about EO safety as well as the profile of selected Essential Oils.

I have been practising meditation for many years, attending retreats mainly in Vipassana Centres and Buddhist Monasteries.
Both meditating on your own (daily) or as part of a group reinforces our practice and lead us to a more balance, happy and mindful life.

This workshop has the same structure as the 'Online Workshop' with the additional benefit of learning to make your own cream.
We will study 5 essential oils of choice, carefully selected for their safety and high spectrum of actions.
Each of these 5 oils are very safe to use, extremely practical and are of great help for you to use them at home as first aid, to deal with some ailments, as stress remedy, to make your own lotions and much more.
At the end of the workshop you will learn to make a beauty cream of your choice to take with you. All cream making materials included.
The workshop lasts approximately 3 hours.
