Treatments

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments will prevent me from accommodating other clients.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

If an emergency situation arises, please let me know so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention.

​

I understand that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

Although unlikely, the therapist might make the decision to cancel or discontinue a treatment if considered unsafe or inappropriate.

No Shows:

If you do not turn up for your appointment (e.g. you forget), unfortunately, I would need you to pay for it in full.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

Please call me as soon as possible if you know you are running late and depending upon how late you arrive.

I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment.

Workshops

Please notify me at least 7 days in advance if you wish to cancel a workshop, after that it will be non refundable; however, if you contact me at least 24hrs before the workshop, I will be able to reschedule for a later course free of charge.
